After my parcel was sent to the wrong country, and I had to notify them of the mistake, they resent the same to me. On my follow up email about the second parcel I was met with a dismissive reply from this company, saying they have already apologized previously. No responsibility taken from their side for the mistake done, and no effort to expedite the second parcel to fix the mistake.
